The first Trabuio workshop was inaugurated on 15 June 1947 when our grandfather Costante opened his first shop after returning to Italy from three years at war.

At first, he specialized in bicycles, owing to the experience he had acquired during the conflict, enrolled in the Bersaglieri troops and engaged in building and repairing bicycle frames.

In the course of time, and having acquired more experience, he started to repair the first Vespa and Lambretta scooters which, in those years, were a popular form of transport in Italy. His dedication and enthusiasm for his work led him to become one of the first authorized Piaggio service centres.

In 1966 he moved with the entire family to Casale sul Sile, where he opened his second shop, still run today by his son Domenico and grandsons Samuele and Alessandro who have grown the business activity to become a modern authorized Piaggio centre: a dealer for Vespa, Aprilia, Gilera and Sym, as well as a cycle dealer for the Frera, Atala and Torpado brands.

Another firm has grown up alongside this main activity, engaged in the design and production of its own projects which, down through the years, have afforded great satisfaction and have been acclaimed by important companies: Trabuio Innovazioni
